If you have standing pop-up signs, you can print your website and phone number at the bottom of the sign so that it stands out but doesn’t take attention away from the logo.

Your pop-up signs should have all your social media information. Attendees need to know how to get in touch with you on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. If you have a LinkedIn account, this information should be on your signage as well. Make sure that attendees know to follow you on Snapchat if you want to inform your customers about new products and services in real time. You can also encourage customers to watch when you post Facebook Live videos. Of course, you’ll make your company more memorable by interviewing attendees while live streaming at the actual trade show. You can broadcast this on your social media pages as well to increase your customer base.

Additional Descriptions

Be sure to add little fun descriptions of your company on your pop-up displays as well. People want to know exciting and memorable facts about your business. This will make it easy for attendees to remember your company. Images that describe your company in an artistic way are ideal for your pop-up display, and close-up descriptive photos of your products are ideal for pop-up signs as well.

No matter what you decide to put on your signs, make sure you see a sample of the signs before the trade show. It’s important to see how the letters and colors are positioned, so you can make any necessary changes to this important marketing tool before arriving at the trade show.
